Holiday Cottages A pair of beautiful barn conversions
strategically located for accessing the Midlands with scenic
views to enjoy from very comfortable accommodation.
We have 2 self
catering cottages, The Stables and the Granary.
Both these stunning barn conversions offer very comfortable
accommodation and all the home comforts you require are
included, these being, central heating, TV (digital
channels), DVD player,
free internet
access available in both cottages, electric cooker,
fridge, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. Towels
and bed linen are also provided at no extra cost. A cot and
high chair can be provided if required.
These two
bedroom cottages have a double bedroom with en-suite
upstairs and a double bedroom and bathroom downstairs. These
can be made into two 2' 6" wide beds which make it an ideal
twin for children. The
Granary has a separate kitchen with a spacious dining
lounge, whereas the Stables has a large open plan living
space with a high vaulted ceiling and gallery from the
master bedroom.
Access to The
Stables is more suitable for those with limited mobility
since there are steps up to the outside from The Granary.
Both cottages have a garden and their own patio area from
which the panoramic views of the countryside can be enjoyed.
Well behaved
pets are welcome, even horses can be accommodated by prior
arrangement.

High Season – April –

Easter will be high season regardless of which month it falls in
The cottages can be
booked from 2 nights for whatever length of stay, whenever required-
We have flexible changeover days.
The price for 2 nights is:-
High Season - £270 then add £60 per night
Low Season - £260 then add £40 per night
These discounted prices only apply to a maximum of 10 nights
The price for a
week is:-
High Season - £570
per cottage, per week
Low Season - £460 per
cottage, per week
Well behaved pets are
permitted at an extra charge of £25.
Horses can also be
accommodated if required, by prior arrangement.
All major credit cards
accepted.
All prices include
VAT, electricity, towels and bed linen.
A non-refundable
deposit of £50 is needed at the time of booking and the final
balance is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Last minute bookings
(less than 4 weeks notice) will require the full amount to be paid
at the time of booking.
Both cottages are
available from 3.00pm on the arrival day and must be vacated by
10.00am on the departure day.
We have worked hard to
make the cottages as pleasant and comfortable as possible for our
guests and we would be grateful if the cottages were left in the
condition in which they are found. We reserve the right to charge
guests for any damage to the cottages or their contents.
